I only watched it briefly (~5-10 minutes) hold a press conference on YouTube when it first appeared (or maybe its second appearance). After that, I never watched it again, but I noticed the clown-hurred boon is always flipping through some notebook or whatever looking for answers. If that nigger actually knows how to do its job right, there should be no reading from a notebook. The boon would've came prepared and would've been able to answer questions on the spot without hesitation or delays by looking through a notebook.
