With how fast niggers are breeding, and yes, the nigger population in Africa (even in just one of these shithole countries, Nigeria) is expected to surpass both the United States and China in terms of population growth, niggers will simply just insert themselves into whatever countries they can get into. Nigeria is about the same size as Texas and with that many niggers crammed into that one shithole of a country, I'd imagine niggers would be getting really uncomfortable (with the population size of America alone).
There's no need to spend money to import niggers into an enemy territory, as niggers will do that themselves.
