If you want, as a white, to migrate to a "white" country you need k's of $ to have a permanent residency permission plus enough to feed and house yourself, as some sort of caution. There is the "loophole" of humanitarian aid, that will NEVER be given to whites. You are a good SKILLED worker (top 1%) ? You can get a temporary allowance...
