Jake Fahri, who was then just 19, was convicted of the murder of the teenager after a fight broke out in a London bakery in 2008.
16-year-old Jimmy, described by police as an "immaculate character", bled to death at the Three Cooks Bakery in Burnt Ash Hill after Fahri hit him with a glass baking dish which shattered on impact.
The disagreement saw the 6ft 4in student - who turned 16 the day before the deadly attack - bleed out in his brother Tommy's arms after a shard hit a major blood vessel.
Parents of murdered 16-year-old boy Jimmy Mizen have forgiven killer
Jake Fahri was jailed after mortally wounding Jimmy Mizen during a senseless attack at Three Cooks Bakery in Burnt Ash Hill, London, in May 2008. His parents say they have forgiven Fahri.

It's because 'allegedly' is the buzzword that every media outlet uses. It doesn't matter if they're print or television media, 'allegedly' lets them report the event without saying "Latrevious Blackwell Washington assaulted... " So they can avoid irresponsible journalism (whatever that is) if the legal proceedings go another direction and are not burdened with civil litigation for slander / libel. Nigger privilege, basically.
