To answer your question, there are pretty much no cities in the US that are not fuxated beyond hope. They would mainly be in the upper plains state like Wyoming. Possible some in the far northeast like Maine, Vermont or New Hampshire. All cities on the East and West coasts are shitholes. Unfortunately Nigger Fuxation is ubiquitous—I recently was transferred to a city in BC -that in the 80’s was a relatively small mountain town that was pretty much exclusively white—I lived there with the wife in a small cabin for a short time. Now, however upon my return there to work, I was alarmed at the amount of clueless Niggers walking about. The rest of the population seemed to be Asian or Indian, the latter 2 groups being human of course—It was however obvious to me ,there was a lack of spirit and life in the town.
