To answer your question, there are pretty much no cities in the US that are not fuxated beyond hope. They would mainly be in the upper plains state like Wyoming. Possible some in the far northeast like Maine, Vermont or New Hampshire. All cities on the East and West coasts are shitholes. Trenton New Jersey (across the river from Filthadelphia) has looked like Dresden after the war since the 1970's.
