In fact those kind of things exist everywhere in the world except in "white" countries. There is not segregation everywhere but obviously there are places where foreigners and niggers are not welcome. Most of the time there is no need for special laws in those countries, just the rights to property and that means deciding who you employ and let into your house. Also you may refuse to sign a contract or to work for somebody, without being forced to it by law. You may risk your job, but not face life-time persecution for political incorrectness or refusing to bake a cake for niggers.
In "white" countries, therefore, you have no rights to property. They have been completly eroded and what we see now happening with BLM/commies is part of the same process to disown and exterminate whites in particular, and humans in general.

Can we just call it non-black privledge. Asian folks, Hispanics, Middle Eastern peoples (excluding sand niggers) have prospered here too. Why? Cause they work for what they have.
