Diversity hires show their true colors

Another day of dealing with the consequences of diversity hires. To catch y’all up - I work in healthcare (doctors office). I’m the only human female amongst the bucks; sows and bleeding heart liberals. Yesterday, was on front desk duty - basically registering patients and dealing with the phones. Now, on a good day ~ things tend to be busy, so the 10 hours goes by quick. Today…not so much. It was quiet. Too quiet. I had mentioned to the admins about the computer running slow and was promptly told to clean out the history to hopefully increase the speed. So I asked the bleeding heart liberal supervisor - hey, since there’s nothing going on, I’ll work on cleaning out the internet history. Normally I’d just delete everything - but some sites we do need… like Navinet; Pear Portal (it’s a pain putting in log in credentials at times) ~ figured I could just go back a few months/skim thru the sites commonly visited and check off the ones that can be deleted. Well, what I came across truly made my stomach churn. Now mind you, I suffered with abdominal pain for 90% of 2022 ~ ended up getting an emergency cholecystectomy (incompetent GI docs; etc - truly a hell I wouldn’t wish on anyone - except a nigger of course). One glance at the search history made me wish I still had my gallbladder… amongst the highlights (in no particular order)…

Wawa menu (yea, chicken fingers every damn time); rhine stone jeans; sexy two piece nighties; sexy diamond nighties; husbands sloppy seconds (was a YouTube link); job searching; sexy clothing (variations of clothing with sexy in the description); porn (yup..); and the icing on the cake ~ VCH related topics (stimulation; intimate relations with one; reactions while its being placed; etc).

Well, by this time I was borderline dry heaving and longing for my gall bladder - cause at least I’d be able to vomit. The junk I just read thru…nightmares for the next few days at a minimum. Didn’t realize that the liberal supervisor was watching me (was borderline dry heaving in disgust). He made the mistake of saying what’s a VCH. At that point I excused myself to the break room and vomit. The supervisor made the grave mistake of asking the medical assistant about what a VCH is… (medical assistant is also a human female ~ like myself, we both think along the same lines but she’s only works per diem and I see her maybe twice a month if that/she also has a regular full time job). Medical assistant just googled a pic and sent a text to him. Needless to say he was disgusted when he realized what it was.. we all knew who sat at that computer station. T’wanah. She used to work during the week but now only works weekends - cause she’s “going thru stuff” (my guess would be KFC as a good starting point).

Well, didn’t get too far with the computer tasks after that horror. But I did do a deep dive into the saved documents section and found a bunch of gems. My findings included her resume (how the heck she gets hired as a supervisor is beyond me); cover letter (again, nothing but a bunch of word salad/nigger bullshit) and her financials. Specifically her tax documents and pay stubs. I’m curious by nature ~ so I decided to take a look. Besides, it can’t be any worse than her VCH obsession searches. Honestly I didn’t care about the taxes but I was curious about how much she’s being paid hourly. Thankfully I’m getting paid more than her. Cause if not, I would have quit and burned bridges right at the moment. Personally, she shouldn’t even be getting what’s she’s currently getting ~ very low $20’s hourly. So as a payback of sorts - for the internet history and her hypocritical attitude in general I took the high road… I deleted her resumes and cover letters off of the saved documents. Also cleaned out the recycle bin - so she won’t be able to get her stuff back. The financials also met the same fates. Thankfully I won’t be there to see when she realizes her precious stuff vanished (while I do work weekends - I’m usually assigned to a different office location/plus on the opposite weekends I have another job. Essentially I never see her, so I’m not worried). Got a hunch she won’t notice ~ cause she’s not all there on a good day. LOL. I’m off today but gotta work with another piece of useless garbage (a different sow) tomorrow. Will continue the deep dive adventure to see what else I can uncover.

What you wrote was not at all surprising in the least. They don't know what an honest day of work actually means, nor would they ever be able to act on it. I experience the same thing when I have to visit my own doctor; 7/8 of them are niggers, talking exceptionally loud and in some shitty form of English. You did all the right things, because I'm sure if HR ever got involved, they would more than likely protect the blackness rather than find some corrective measures. Good on you for helping make her life a little more miserable!

Admin refuses to get involved due to not liking conflict in general. Admin is also hella cheap (meaning hires bottom of the barrel folks to work for her). Granted I’m not a trained medical assistant - I’ve picked up a few skills along the way (for example: throat cultures/send out throat cultures). One of the now long gone sows she hired managed to mess up a throat culture - how you ask? She used a vajay (didn’t want to get censored by mods) swab to swab a patients throat for strep. 🤦🏼‍♀️.

That damn supervisor sow can’t even do low down stuff without getting caught - minus the internet adventure from yesterday; she was also recently caught adding food items to the company credit card.

I know your pain like no other.

I was working in this company as an IT Specialist.
After spending about 2 years in the company, beloved by all employees and clients, and have a dedicated employee of the month award, I took a shot at asking for a pay raise. I am was making $40,000.00 per year and most places were paying around $55,000 to more.
I was informed that the company cannot afford that because they were looking into expanding the IT department to make our jobs "Easier".

I was not mad. I was said okay and continued on working.
But during "My Time" I was applying for other positions.

Two weeks later, they hired another IT Specialist, a young black guy fresh out of college.
His knowledge of the IT Field was very weak.
To give you an example, he thought the Shared IT Network drive was for his personal files.
He stored his W-2, Email Files, and everything personal on the Drive where the whole team could see.

My co-worker who been their for a year informed the black guy about it and we had to teach him where to store his personal files.
But before we cleaned his stuff out of the Network Drive, I had a small look.

This black guy was hired in the same position and title as myself, but he was being paid a little over $65,000 per year.
While I been their for 2 years and been only making $40,000.00 per year with no pay raise.
That is not the worst part at all.

This black guy was sexually harassing the female co-workers.
He was breaking more stuff and could not fix a single IT basic issue.
He was caught watching porn with his hands down his pants while working.

When I finally left that company, everything started falling a part.
My co-worker their informed me that the black guy stabbed the new IT guy who replaced me.
The new IT guy was also black and was making $70,000 per year.
The black guy who was making $65,000 found out and stabbed the black guy who was getting $70,000.

I received phone calls asking if I would come back for more money.
I informed them that money would not be enough to put up with that nonsense.

Stabbing 🤦🏼‍♀️ total TNB… now where I work parking is an issue (management is cheap/weak). The light shitskin - “I beez a sangle mutha <ain’t they all 😂> and if I gitz no parking spot I gun home”. The other groid ain’t much better ~ she claims cause this is her home office she’s entitled to parking. In the real world it goes by seniority… so I basically trump both of them.

And since I’ll be scheduling heel surgery in the upcoming days - gonna get the fights started early 😆. Texted the manager with the ultimatum - I won’t come in if I gotta maneuver a knee scooter outside the office/find street parking.

I can’t stand diversity hires. I went to the local sporting goods store to make a return and there was a nigger on every register. I left the store and went back another day, when there was a more serious staff on hand.
