How it did return to their origins. I mean, The 1937 movie is called Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs. The 2025 remake is more like Dirt Brown and The Seven Abominations.
Because it has nothing to do with the original version. Ibet Dirt Brown ditched The Prince because, you know, love is considered sexist, for some reason.
