Why do niggers play extremely loud music at night

Last night I had trouble falling asleep because this nigger was playing toxic rap music on his car speakers at 1am (it was one of those speakers that causes every wall and furniture in the street block to vibrate). I don’t get how they can enjoy their "music" when it’s that loud. Shit like this happens all the time in my city, it’s like those niggers are sacrificing their hearing just to ruin other people’s sleep. They literally just open the car windows and stay at your neighborhood for about an hour, and then move on to piss other people off. There’s no way they bought those speakers just to listen to music themselves.

Nigger music should be made illegal (even a normal human being would go mad after listening to it for too long) and people should have the right to kick these niggers out of their neighborhood if they’re being a nuisance.
