Warehousing people and niggers in prisons is a ridiculous antiquated idea that serves little purpose, of course there are people who should never be freed but generally a work ethic should be instilled into people, there are many services such a farm labour and filling potholes in roads, whilst I don't agree with Nazism Arbeit Macht Frei stands out, offenders should be forced to make reparations to their victims and society, if prison wasn't so soft then maybe they wouldn't be so keen to go back.

I think, they should go back to public execution. Its a great deterrent. And yes they should make them pay back the victims.

It would be better to put them in their own penal colony and let them have all the weapons they want.
