More likely the nigger was cooking up drugs. The said 'fireworks' was probably announced to make the situation appear less important so they can keep a low profile on the mainstream news. Everyone knows that selling fireworks isn't profitable. Cooking up drugs and selling it is far more profitable and worth the effort (if you can remain under the radar).

It was in 1981. A guy was making illegal fireworks in a garage. When it blew up you could see the explosion for miles around. It blew out windows in the nearby business district in many of the storefronts. There was a bank nearby with a clock. That clock was stopped at 12:05 PM for years after that. If this nigger was making fireworks it would've been way worse. That fireworks garage was leveled into rubble.
