Why don't they at least film inside the building from one of the top floors?
I don't think anybody will ever know, but perhaps they're exploring the possibility to do their news castings outside of a building to see if it'll work. If it does, maybe they're wanting to save money by not leasing the building/floor?

I also suppose there's a new opportunity for a 'floating news system', where they can just take the entire crew on-site at the location to report the news, rather than hiring additional news reporters who have to drive to the site. At least for them, they wont need to invest in bullet-proofing windows since they don't have the nigger population over there that we do here in America.

It gives them great credibility. + Helipad is around the corner, studio guests can be flown in directly and in case of an emergency evacuation should be simpler than from an office in the middle of a burning building etc.

But there's a plot twist: unbeknownst to the public all reporters are robots 🤖

Turns out Vietnam has the same air quality as Bladerunner.
The industrialized cities in many of those Asian countries are probably very polluted, but at least you know they aren't on the extreme side of being tree huggers and climate activists.

Perhaps one solution to help clean up their polluted air is to cage a few niggers nearby and the huge nostrils of niggers will suck the polluted air in no time. Then just ship em back to Apefrica.
