I don't live in NY. But I can see, the school say, nigglets need computers and da don't have none, and can't afford them. So, they give the niggers computers and they run it right to the pawn shop. I've read that in the school districts where they give nigz laptops, they are almost all "lost" (sold), destroyed, and used for social media and porn. But no prob. The ones lost, sold, or destroyed are simply replaced. After all, it's only white people's tax dollars paying for it.
