A bootlip was arrested after he allegedly tried to steal a pair of Balenciaga shoes, according to Ooklahoma authorities.

Police said a woman was trying to sell her designer shoes on Offer Up, a marketplace app for local buyers and sellers.

KOKH reported that she was contacted by someone with the username “Turbo”, who was identified as 21-year-old Taber Carter.

The woman and her mother reportedly went to a T-Mobile location to make the transaction. However, when the woman walked up to his car, he pulled out a pistol and pointed it at her head.

According to reports, the woman gave him the shoes but then reached into the car and took one of the shoes back. Carter turned back to get the other shoe, but she told him she’d already locked it inside her car.

Carter ended up driving away.

They got lucky, but he didn't.......

When officers approached the car, he took off, starting a pursuit with police, according to News 9.

During the chase, Carter crashed into a power pole causing a power outage.

He was eventually taken into police custody.
