Sithole allegedly demanded US$100 facilitation fees from Kwashira for him to issue the certificate.

BTW, 100 US dollars must be an insane amount of money in that dump. I'm also impressed there is a requirement for driver's licenses in Chimpbabwe. Probably a remnant of colonial times. Funny how they try to emulate human culture when they don't even have proper roads to drive on.

At least they do something about it. Here the government finances every somali priate and scarfed mommy to take driving lessons. They put them into vans, lorries, trucks, busses, trains as drivers so they can take over the entire infrastructure (ie via amazon delivery).
Before that it was known that some driving schools in some neighborhood (meaning some ethnicities) had organized their corruption schemes very well, bribing everything from top-down for approx. 50% higher fees. Also: 80% of driving students would normaly fail, because schools and inspectors/institutions can collect more money and so on. BIG MONEY. Greedy institutions, because of the low life mutant bureaucrats. Everyone thinks it's ok to cheat. But be careful with your tax declarations or else!!

So at least they do something about it and a nigger eating money is perfectly funny👍
