In my opinion white males should put down the joystick, get their ass of the sofa, get outside and exercise.
Obesity is becoming more prevalent amongst white men which is a terrible thing. Obesity reduces sperm count, shortens lifespan, and makes white men less attractive to white women, which translates to less white babies being born.
Better to chase dopamine in a physical way, like cycling, skateboarding, swimming, or fucking.
But then again I’m far from perfect when it comes to getting enough exercise 👍
