He told me that, despite living in a place with a substantial white population, the negroes and mongrels there are enough to mess up with everything. Obviously, he told me, the white areas are more well-off, cleaner, less problematic and people can even go nightwalk; the same, however, couldn't be said about areas with little to no whites, which happens to be uglier, dirtier, with much higher crime rates, no trees, no safety, high dropouts, high rate of homeless kids and beggars, high rate of drug addicts, pimps, whores and all the shit you can imagine.

There's an area in Brazil that sounds interesting. It's called Americana. It was founded by American Southern Confederates after the South lost the Civil War.
