Sadly, you are right. Eventually when resources run completely dry, many of them will become desperate and will turn violent. At the moment, those who migrated up to the northern half of America are finding it much colder (than what they're used to, since it's warm all year round where they're from). Time isn't on their side and it's going to get a lot more colder. In addition, jobs aren't exactly plentiful in America and many of them will continue to become homeless.
Of course not, because the American dream no longer exist. America is no longer the America that provided opportunities (like many of our ancestors who've migrated from their home countries). The absolute latest chance to come to America and have a somewhat decent life was probably 1990 when things weren't too bad and this included the cost of living and jobs were somewhat booming. Even niggers thrived, because companies were starting to hire simply on the qualification of nigger with no absolute skillset behind the role they got.
