In recent months, I’ve really became interested in hot sauces.
Been watching the ”Hot Ones” on Youtube and even ordered and tried their line of sauces.
Too many nigger guests on the show, so I avoid those and seek out others.

Here is a few of my favorites….

Elijahs extreme regret is my favorite, having on my eggs this morning.
I grew peppers from grafting this summer that are hotter than reapers, even my son who eats them like nothing had to spit them out, I hope to make sauce next year, but the early freak frost decimated my plants.

It seems there is a right sauce for every food. Heck I like Tabasco on certain Mexican dishes, Apollo on others.
I like the garlic flavor of the classic. It’s also a very mild sauce. Kids love it.
The beware is my favorite flavor. The carrots and lemon juice are very well incorporated. Decent heat.
The Lola’s Carolina Reaper is a very good choice as well.
The Apollo Pepper X is pretty darn hot while still being able to enjoy flavors.

Just went through a bottle of Elijah's. It's in my top ten but it's just not hot enough for me. Couple of my favorites that instantly come to mind are Blair's Mega Death, Mad Dog 357 (particularly the ghost pepper edition but they're all fuckin decent), Onionator XXXX, Da Bomb Beyond Insanity, Adoboloco (the Scorpion pepper one), and for flavor my personal favorites are Dirty Dicks and this stuff called JCS Reggae Country Style sauce. Those two aren't too hot but they taste fuckin great. I've also got a bottle of the Source that I'll one-drop in some dishes (it's really all you need) and other hot sauces just to give them some extra kick. Source clocks in around 7.1 million Scovilles, pretty serious stuff

I’ll pick up some online.

Part of the hybrid on my plants were Trinidad scorpions grafted to reapers , I also used Chinese ornamental as the first sets looked all warty and had a tail like the scorpions.
I personally like scorpions as they have a even, bearable heat that lasts a long time. Plus the flavor is great for soups , chilis and is easily dosable for the amount of heat, which can make or break a meal or jerky.

I make all my own sauces, some hot some sweet but usually with a bit of zap, I'm making Firecracker chicken tonight.

Just on a separate note my husband suffers from a shoulder problem and I crush Carolina Reapers mix them with Ibuprofen gel, he said it relieves pain within a few minutes just make sure you use wash your hands thoroughly or wear disposable gloves, do not touch anywhere sensitive you will regret it.
