Hospital never seen white woman

I went to visit someone at the hospital emergency room. I hear some of the staff yell for doctors to come because a baby just born looks unusually pale. The doctors come and they all puzzle over the infant. Then someone wheels the mother in and they all are relieved. They see the mother and go ohhh that's why.
It was funny for a few seconds until I realized that these people never seen very white white people. This is scary.
