If America has so much money to send millions & billions to countries like Haiti, Ukraine, Apefrica, etc..., then why not just reduce the taxes in America for all, so that the middle and lower class Americans can actually afford to live? This would also help alleviate the growing number of homeless Americans (including American veterans).
