Having been forced to integrate with them to the point of having been a white minority throughout my K-12 experience, my observation is that it's the induhvidual nigger who is to blame en masse; they simply will not follow another nigger, ever, unless at gunpoint.
This is a noted phenomenon in the prison culture; even in integrated dorms and cell blocks, prisoners self-segregate into White, black, and latino and elect 'Reps' who try to keep order among their people, and interact with the guards and the other reps on their behalf. The Whites and latinos typically have strong leadership and keep a modicum of order and cleanliness. . . but the niggers will only grudgingly elect anyone at all, and their elected will be a figurehead who nobody cooperates with.
