Cuz you're a firework, boom boom boom.

Lift off on Apollo 11!

The elites really are trying to kill us. If not with clot shots and vax mandates then with ev's. In most western countries all new vehicle sales and all vehicles period are going to be ev. How many houses are going up in flames?

If gas vehicles exploded like this they would have been banned and recalled, in fact, we'd still be driving horses if gas vehicles exploded like this.

Where's Ralph Nader when you need him? BYD is a Chinese brand and they aren't renowned for health and safety, saying that the vertical launch of the SUV looks a bit odd, I would have expected more fireworks.

All EV cars are prone to fires & explosions. The media in America are deliberately suppressing the amount of Tesla's that also explode or catches fire and this is probably not to offend Elon Musk or scare away potential EV car buyers in America. When trying to look for real statistics, what you find is not the actual statistics, but a statement and chart trying to show you that regular gas-powered vehicles catches fire 500% more often than a Tesla.

If I have to offer my opinion on the matter, perhaps the gas-powered vehicles that actually caught fire are likely to be really old vehicles that haven't been well maintained, whereas for Tesla's, these cars haven't been on the road for that long and are still relatively new. If you were to compare gas-powered vehicles and Tesla's within the same manufactured year range, perhaps we'll see an interesting story revealing the opposite (since newer gas-powered vehicles have better safety standards compared to older gas-powered vehicles & the internals haven't been corroded, allowing us to fairly compare gas-powered vehicles on the same level as Tesla's).

Generally I think electric vehicles are the way to go but heavy batteries aren't the only option to power them. The problem with faulty lithium iron batteries is once they do start to burn is they are almost impossible to extinguish andthe fumes are toxic, in the UK there have been a couple of dozen fires from E-scooters and bikes being recharged all unregulated cheap Chinese imports. A friend ours bought a Tesla Model S when we lived near Harrogate, I drove it a few times and the performance was impressive but I found it souless, that actually had a fault under the dashboard and filled the cabin with smoke fortunately no fire.
