True as long as you don't have nigger neighbors or some funny cars drive late at night / early in the morning blasting with distorted baboon bass and bixnood over abused synthetic and organic sounds played in endless loops. That's when humans should have the right to hunt silence poachers and noise polluters thanks to some kind of anti-terror legislation we will probably never see. I guess this privilege is reserved to cops who will fire on "curfew breakers" because of sneeze panic (my bet is on Australia to be the first).
