If everything goes wrong, white people will still be in charge, like they are in Brazil, Panama, and any other hispanic nation you can think of.

I believe that what will happen is that the whites in charge, deep inside, will see the majority of the population as stupid mongrels. They will hold positions of power, but they won't care about hispanic or black areas because they'll see them as hopeless.
