If prison stopped being so soft and it actually was used to force the bastards to rehabilitate then it might have an effect. They get pool tables, table tennis and pay 50p a week for a TV and can buy huge ghetto blasters, drugs are available mostly brought in by corrupt staff, at the prison where my friend works 8 staff have been caught since Christmas 2020 either supplying drugs or having affairs with prisoners.
