Everyone,
I do not know how.
I do not know why.
But I am going to try and explain this the best I can.
I am contracting for a call center for a bit of income.
A work from home position.
We support different hospitals, dentistry, and eye doctors. The whole medical field.
We are assisting with the Dentistry Fee guides during this time of year.
Canada will enforce certain prices for the Dentist to charge and we have to remote in to upgrade them.
Simple task for simple day. Takes two seconds.
I get this Chinese Canadian Dentist calling me because the Fees are incorrect.
I remote in and investigate.
She is showing me the issue.
I tried to explain what is causing it and how we can fix it.
She did not want me explaining anything, she said that she wants me to fix it immediately.
Tried asking one verification question, she snapped at me for even asking.
When I proceeded to begin with fixing the problem, she screamed "Don't touch anything".
Then she asked if I was located in USA. I replied yes because most companies that support Canada Fee Guides are USA based.
We get the new Fee Guides and installers from Canada especially their government.
She starts screaming that she does not want to be helped by a USA person because we always make things worse and we are fake whites.
The job declares we have to be polite, complete the situation, and take the next call.
While dealing with this caller and having her bash me saying I am no good and my company is trash, I kept fixing her situation.
This caller was crying, screaming, and cussing me out for no reason.
I kept to the companies policy standard and was polite, kind, and worked on the situation at hand.
Then this caller said she has to deal with a patient and informed me that I would be on hold.
She screwed that up.
She was talking to what sounded like a black women.
They both were saying how White USA ruin the world and only good whites are Canadian whites.
After fixing the issue, she started screaming again.
The issue caused other problems (which it did not).
Her day is ruined by me.
I deserve to be fired.
She demanded all my information to report me.
It got so bad, I said here is a survey you can do for this call that has my name.
Please feel free to complete it.
Then I hanged up.
Hanging up on a caller is against companies policy.
But I resolved her other issues.
Here is the best part the Black Canadian and the Asian Caller filled out the survey with their names / informed.
They roasted me a new one.
Also, they stated that the wanted to only deal with REALLY WHITES and not USA White people.
Think I need a new job.
Hopefully my contract is up soon.

I have an update based on revenge.
I received the sweetest revenge of all.
Revenge is like ice cream. Serves best when served cold.
Don't forget to share with friends.
First, I installed Voxal Voice changer on my computer.
Second, a friend helped me get a bunch of free burner phone numbers that we can make calls from the computer and delete afterwards.
Third, we took down the Asian Canadian's name, Dentist Office, and Phone Number.
Fourth, we looked up their data in the system and who supports them.
Here is what we did.
My friend did a deep voice through Voxal and called the Head Dentist of that office.
He informed the Dentist that he was a new customer there that over heard the Asian talking on the phone rudely.
She stated that she did not want an American's help, only Canadians to help her.
Made her out into being a racist.
Due to that, the Dentist will lose a customer.
Dentist was trying to offer all these deals to keep my friend, thinking he was a real patient.
Then I called in a women's voice using Voxal. I sounded like a 12 year old girl.
I asked for the Head Dentist, once I got a hold of him, I said "Hello sir, I am with (Company that helps support them, but not mine). My apologizes for bothering you. Due to a few recent calls by your (said the Asains Name), we saw that all calls were repeated complaints. Can you tell me if the issue is resolved. If not, when can we resolve it for you?"
He started asking questions stating he does not know the issue and asked what it involves.
I read him a few notes and he asked why were calling him and not the Asian lady.
I replied with "Sir, she made it clear to our techs to contact you and not her. I cannot tell you what she said on call to us nor provide any recordings unless under legal evidence. But she made it clear that she did not want any help from us and to contact you only."
Then I said, "But today is my last day with (Company that helps support them, but not mine), if you want, I can tell you what she directly said to me". After that, he said thank you for informing him and that he will look into it.
Last call, my friend called with a deep black mans voice. Could not even tell it was him.
He knew how to spit words out like a black man.
He asked for the Asian Lady and then told her off.
No illegal threats or anything.
He said "I am from (companies Name), and you called me on this date (not my call date for helping but someone elses) for this issue and case. (Proceed to provide information). I am really sorry I could not help. Since you are working till 4:00 PM through this week at (Dentist Office), let me stop by in person and we can work on the situation together."
Long story short, my boss contacted me asking if I could reach out to the head dentist and support the issue.
I called him, we had a nice chat. But I asked about the Asian lady nicely, kind of like asking how an old friend is.
He said, something came up with her and she is taking some time off.
