Boeing use to be a company that preached quality control and they taught the employees they were empowered to do something about problems. They taught the managers to listen and resolve the problems. Boeing's business model after World War II, was the civilian airline model, they did not want to depend on government sales for business. Boeing's management was on site near the airplane plant's in Washington State. The 747 program, was the most successful aviation program, to date.

Then came the McDonnell Douglas merger. And everybody was expecting Boeing management to come out on top. McDonnell Douglas business model was government sales and they were very profit driven. McDonnell Douglas management was in St. Louis, Missouri (read in NIGGER infested).

After the merger, the management inverts , and McDonnel Douglas managers end up in being in the top management positions. Then the management decides they need to be disconnected from the business, so they relocate to Chicago (read in, again, NIGGER infested).

When you do work for the government, they expect you to buy into their agenda. The agenda now, is DEI. Do you see the pattern ?
