The NIGGER shot him because the guy's dog sniffed his leg. Well this is in line with what we know as TNB. NIGGERS kill over things like a sausage biscuit , stale Halloween candy, M&M candy in a Christmas Card. (these are references to recent NIGGER shootings) Life in the NIGGER world.
