When the industrial revolution started, niggers started to become even more useless. Now, with the information age in full swing, niggers, with their little noggins notoriously lacking in information, are really left in the dust. They should look back at the days of slavery with fond nostalgia. At least, as beasts of burden, they had a purpose.

As the region and the state strive to prepare workers to compete in the new economy, a local research group warns that huge numbers of sub-humans are likely to be left behind.

Tens of thousands of nigger bucks are not only unemployed but nearly unemployable in a knowledge-based economy, so investments in higher education and in high-skills job training will not reach them, PolicyBridge argues in a study to be released Tuesday.

"The Job Prescription: Examining Pervasive Joblessness Among Porch Monkeys" argues that creative strategies are needed to re-introduce the working life to lazy jobless niggers, some of whom have given up on ever finding steady work. The report points out that even though these "creative strategies" will be complete failures with regard to getting useless niggers to work, at least a few professors will get lucrative government grants by pretending to help the ridiculous apes.

"That's a pretty scary trend," said Randell McShepard, a vice president at RPM International and chairman of PolicyBridge, a think tank founded in 2005 to explore issues critical to the nigger coonmunity. "Niggers who have nothing to do all day are going to be raping and killing. It's the kind of thing we don't talk about so much."

The issue may even demand a marketing campaign, one promoting the working life in communities where buck rarely leave the home for work.

Actually, not a bad idea. That might be one of those "creative solutions" they're talking about. All nigger jobs are simply government-funded make-work positions anyway. So throw all the niggers in a basement with a tape recorder and a basketball hoop for eight hours a day, tell them they're stars, pay them six dollars an hour, and everyone's happy. The niggers are off the street and the taxpayer saves millions that would have gone into a grant that pretended to train the niggers.
