The former head of New Orleans' Section 8 housing-subsidy program was charged Thursday with one federal count of theft for allegedly helping himself to a housing voucher from the program he administered.
The voucher was worth $1,400 a month.

Even on an inflated salary of $114,400 the goddamn nig still couldn't keep it's paw out of the cookie jar? The irony here is, they really ARE gonna need those vouchers now.Muhammad was earning $114,400 in his capacity as director of the Section 8 program..
