Preface

I'm white man in my early 20s of Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian and Russian descent. I grew up in a quintessentially middle-class suburb in a mostly nigger county. My parents are/were racist, but didn't raise me in such a manner. However, from a very early age, I learned how hateful many niggers are towards whites. If we turn this around once again, I didn't know of any white kids that were outright condemning of niggers until they had a great amount of experience with them. Experience is a harsh teacher.

Niggers In School

What I grew up with was not simply hostility that you find between some human beings, it was vehement hatred and flagrant racism; even from small black children. I recall being called a honky and cracker several times on a daily basis; having things stolen from me by nigger students only; obvious discrimination from nigger teachers, administrators, and other staff; having property vandalized with hateful words; receiving death threats due to being white (of course, nigger school officials would never do anything to nigger students who were doing any wrong); constant, unprovoked confrontation from nigger students; as well as receiving this same type of treatment from the majority of niggers outside of the school system. All my white friends received similar treatment; others received worse. The unfortunate Asian kids seemed to really receive the brutal end of the stick.

This behavior, mind you, occurred in elementary and middle school; things were even worse during high-school. I won't even begin to elaborate about how many sheboons became pregnant during this part of their lives. Thankfully, starting in the 2nd grade, I was placed on advanced classes and rarely spent much class time with niggers. Even in this setting, however, the few niggers that were in the classes were incredibly disruptive, insubordinate and more than willing to accuse someone of racism for no apparent reason; all the while screaming racial epithets at their perceived "oppressor". These niggers, with the exception of a very rare few, scored very poorly on assignments if they handed them in at all, yet somehow stayed in the program. Whites who scored as poorly as these niggers were kicked out with little to no warning. It was also obvious that these niggers were plants; none-too-intelligent to say the least. Above average, but nothing special. Consider the fact that these were considered "smart" niggers.

Outside of school, I'd sometimes discuss these things with white friends that were in "regular" classes. The jaboonery was almost unbearable for anyone with any semblance of civility. The teachers can't even teach for the niggers being so disruptive. That doesn't help any if the teachers also happened to be niggers; they're given a passing grade for doing no work whatsoever. You always hear about the WHITE teachers in the news sleeping around with kids, right? This is normal in nigger majority schools, you just don't ever hear about it. Of course, the whites are the ones that are demonized for something that's as natural as breathing for niggers. For the unfortunate white teachers that had to put up with this bullshit; several quit and one committed suicide. Humans would rather be in the unemployment line, or in one case, dead, than deal with this shit on a daily basis. Unfuckingbelievable.

It was somewhat uncommon for any of my white friends to ever share their beliefs about many niggers; media and a none-too-subtle threat of social ostracization played a very big part in this, even in groups of seemingly close acquaintances. Niggers, however, seem to be able to get away with just about anything in terms of free speech. This seems to go on in the outside world as well as the professional one. Whites are obviously held to a much higher standard than niggers, which regurgitates a point many have made in regards to liberals consciously being aware of nigger inferiority. No excuses would be made for these animals if there was a such thing as a level playing field -- be it intellectually or socially. There were outbursts in my highschool, either vocal or physical, that would have landed many whites either in expulsion or jail. Niggers were barely even reprimanded. Did I mention we had to walk through metal detectors?

Niggers In The Workforce

Schooling wasn't the only problem; the work force was an even bigger one. I made the stupid mistake of not entering university as soon as I left highschool; mainly due to some personal problems that I'd rather not go into right now. After sitting around sulking for a while, I entered the workforce. What the fuck was I thinking? I landed a good paying job at a plastic injection molding facility in another county, first as an operator and quickly moved up the ranks to team leader. Effectually, I was a supervisor, because I had sole control over my "employees" since there wasn't a manager or supervisor on my shift. Niggers in the workplace are truly something to behold. Little did I know that this very company, which promised this and that and a bag of fucking chips on a silver goddamned platter, was on it's way to being run into the ground. It didn't take me very long to figure out why.

Simply put, niggers are fucking stupid. It's hard to exaggerate the enormous difference that a full standard deviation (15 points) in IQ makes. Some people don't know this, but soon after Jim Crow was abolished, the National Institute of Mental Fuckery had to reduce the threshold IQ for mental retardation from 85 to 75. Reason was: 50% of niggers fell at or below this threshold. So, in order to fall in line with XTREEM ECKWALITY, the liberals had to make the poor little niggers feel better for being intellectual dwarfs. I knew niggers were violent, disruptive, insubordinate, etc., from highschool, but it wasn't until I had to work side by side and train these things that I truly got a glimpse of how amazingly stupid they are.

Firstly, it is nearly goddamned impossible for a nigger to follow instructions; even when given time after time after time. Lucky me, the company just instituted a NEW policy where they didn't hire operators that filled out an application, but through a temporary agency that basically did all the work for them in terms of finding a job. You guessed it -- all niggers. I think that, oh, TWO white people came through me; one was a great worker that ended up quitting and the other was a little coalburning slut that I ended up pissing off royally (she cried, LAWL) so she quit, too. The belief that people and niggers with criminal records can't get a job is complete and utter bullshit; many were straight out of prison. They were making good money at this job, too. I swear to you, I'd have to go through 100 niggers before keeping one. Most didn't even make it past the first day. Let me break that down -- the majority of these jobs were extremely easy. Drunk four year olds could complete these jobs with ease. Not niggers, though. I won't go into detail because it'll just piss me off thinking about why the hell these things aren't locked in cages.

Laziness among niggers is utterly amazing. I've known lots of lazy white people, but nothing compares to the "work ethic" of a nigger. For starters, the shift before me had THREE group leaders (all niggers, all doing the same job that I had to do alone), and I can't tell you one single day that they had any idea what the fuck was going on when I came in and asked what my shift needed to do. Either they were bullshitting around with one another, sitting on their fat asses eating, talking on the phone (strictly prohibited on the job, but of course niggers get to do it), or simply being worthless niggers in general. When I came in, all of a sudden, everything had to be done lickity-split-no-shit. They had eight hours to get a few minor things done; that's asking too much, apparently. Not only that, the niggers on first shift seemed to be at war with me and the niggers on my shift. They'd fuck up our work from the previous night, lie about what we did and didn't do, move shit in the wrong area and blame it on us, the list goes on. I also heard that it was commonplace for them to not even begin working until 3-4 hours into the shift.

Break-time. Ahh, yes, a chance to have a smoke and maybe grab a bite to eat. Not the niggers; break-time was all the damned time. You couldn't go into the break room at any given time and not see half the niggers from said shift sitting on their asses, feeding their faces and being niggers, in general. The other niggers were off snorting coke in the bathroom, usually. Cocaine is a white drug? Please. It wasn't uncommon for niggers to take one hour breaks. Upon leaving the break room, it also wasn't uncommon for them to take upwards of fifteen minutes to walk, hmm...100 yards back to the workplace? Hell, these were the ones that were considered "good" workers; the rest would take 1.5 to 2 hour breaks, not counting the constant bathroom breaks they'd take in the middle of "working". At the end of the night was thirty minutes of constant face-palming for me. The numbers these niggers turned out were unfuckingbelievable. A white operator could do eight hours of nigger work in thirty minutes. Seriously. Oh, and don't fucking mention "clean up" to a group of niggers; that means "break time for a damned hour".

That's what working with niggers is like if you're lucky enough to even have a job in this county. It's hard to exaggerate how difficult it is to find a job in that town if you're white. Don't even bother applying at places with nigger managers, you're just wasting your time. Niggers around here have a habit of hiring niggers only and aren't really afraid to tell you that. Meanwhile, white managers are held to strict quotas in order to represent the racial demographic of the surrounding area. And we don't live in a "free enterprise" economy as the Federal Fuckalls will tell you; atleast when it comes to niggers. Nigger businesses are given outrageous amounts of government money in order to encourage "entrepeneurship". Just fucking LOL @ that; most niggers can't run a hotdog stand, much less a full-blown business. I love when niggers talk about "buying black". There's no such thing.

Fuck Diversity

The sad truth is, I've actually tried to get along with niggers. Not because I want to, and mind you that "get along" does not equal respect or friendship in any capacity. I've lived in both nigger communities and white/non-nigger communities, and they are truly on opposite ends of the spectrum; even in the same income range. I treat everyone in dignity, yet I've found it extremely difficult to receive this same treatment from niggers. I've found them to be the most disgustingly hateful, racist, intolerant, bigoted, divisive species I've ever had the misfortune to be around. This is not the case when I deal with other minorities, for the most part. The rest of the neighborhood is Hindu, Asian, Jewish and white, for the most part. I've never had any issues with them. However, that leads me to the next point: Diversity. History has shown that how well people work together is directly correlated with how homogeneous that group is. Face it: diversity leads to apprehension, discomfort, tension, etc. Naturally, people want to be around others like themselves. Encouraging diversity is immoral; enforcing it is downright criminal.

I'll stop there. If I were to sit here and itemize all the racist treatment I've received from niggers, I'll crash the server.

Excellent report! Right on the money, line after line. Niggers can fuck up a paper sack, let alone more complex things like a forklift or other actual machinery. Nigger skoo kids get passing grades if they "visit" class a couple of times a week. And the nigger racism, bigotry, and prejudice? Don't get me started. I would be here for hours.

In short, niggers have only continued to exist in our free societies due to the bleeding hearts and largesse of libtards that think they are making this world a better place. As long as those same libtards can keep their distance from any knuckle-dragging chimp, that is.

They began putting want adds out and the niggers started coming through the door by the bushel. They began giving them aptitude tests to see how trainable they were, and not one god damn nigger passed. The plant was never built due to the utter retardation of the niggers.

Funny you mention that. For a very short period of time, we made parts for BMW. Notice I just said made, not shipped out. When BMW first signed the contract with us, we gave them a test run of parts that were, naturally, assembled by a white operator. They were impressed. Not for long.

BMW quality control is very strict. In other words, very white. They want the best and will send an entire shipment back for one small imperfection in a single part. After the first test run, they got a nigger to run that press and pack the parts for BMW. We shipped the skids of product out, and they were immediately shipped back.

We never heard from BMW again

22 years ago I was a bus boy. The restaurant then hired a niggress. It would deliver water with its fingers in the glasses. Even a 3 year old human knows to never do this. It worked so slow that it would start its shift before me and I would leave as soon as my section closed. It looked at me after I left and then went to the manager to complain. The next day the manager told me I should have helped her!! (I would get none of the tips). I made sure to goof off long enough after that. I refused to help it. I do no favors for niggers. If they are so equal, then they should be able to keep up.

Very well done CTYT and interesting for me to read. I'd guess I'm twice your age but like you I grew up in a southern town that was about 40 percent jigs. Our schooling was excellent, because we had almost no niggers. There was a niggerhood near the middle school I attended, so we had a few but that niggerhood was the place where all the well to do niggers lived. By human standards it was a niggerhood, but most of the houses were neatly maintained single fambly homes, with yards and the parents worked since there were many government jobs nearby. So the few nigs in middle school were quiet, studious and well behaved. Back then schools were also divided up according to grades/ability into sections, with Sect. 1 being the smart, motivated achievers and Sect. 4 the illiterates and retards. I think there were one or two 'smart' niggers in Sect. 3 but most were in Sect. 4. I know there were none in Sect. 1 because that's the one I was in.

But by the time I got to high school bussing and integration had arrived so for a year I was bussed along with some other whites in my neighborhood to the nigger high school and despite the fact that like many in the South I'd grown up around niggers all my life, that was a real eye opener. There were parts of the city no white person ever set foot in: projects, slum housing, row houses and garden apartments full of niggers. We knew they were there, but we had no exposure to the ghetto lifestyle. The high school I went to was smack in the middle of it all. Not only integration but the school board determined that the old way of splitting kids according to their ability was RAYCISS! If they'd done it after bussing the retard section would've been all-nigger and section 1 would be all white (maybe an Asian or two, we did have a few of those). Hispanics were relatively rare.

Never since has that city or any other I know been able to provide a decent education. Just by example of how good the schools used to be, I was one of the lucky ones and went to private school for the rest of my high school years. I went to a top echelon, private girls' school that still has one of the best reputations in the country and was far advanced in certain subjects over those that had been there since 3rd grade. Two examples: in public school we started learning French in first grade; young children naturally learn languages faster than adults and enjoy it, too. By 4th grade we'd had the equivalent of a year of high school French, by middle school a second year, and by 10th grade when I went to private school I had to take their 12th grade French. Ditto with math, which was never my best subject but I had to take 12th grade math in 10th grade at this very good school and in 11th and 12th some of us took college courses. I got almost a full semester of AP college credit, most of it from public school.

Now all public schools have to be dumbed down to meet the lowest common denominator: the nigger. I saw this even back 35 years ago during the one year I was bussed to the nigger school. There for the first time ever I was exposed to 17- and 18-year old niggers who couldn't even read at the third grade level, they could not even speak correctly and well everyone here knows what I'm talking about because it's now the norm. I never met anyone who'd flunked a grade til I went to the 'integrated' school.

I remember one mousy, timid teacher I had in a chemistry class where I was the only white female student. There were a couple of white guys and the rest was all nigger, mostly several years older than the normal 9th grader. The poor teacher, herself probably right out of college, couldn't control the bucks who got bolder and more thuggish daily. Once I arrived in class to find a couple of them turning on the gas jets in the lab and lighting matches to them. They openly sassed the poor teacher and did whatever they pleased, using foul language and grabbing at their crotches whenever she'd look at them. Eventually this teacher got gang raped by some of them in the boys' restroom! Most of my classes were in similar disarray; and I suspect many of the teachers especially the young ones had no idea of what they'd gotten into. Like the other minority whites at that school I mostly kept my head down, kept quiet, was polite to the teachers and got straight As though I rarely studied or even brought books home. And not because all my work was A+ but because in comparison to my classmates it was. In fact I can remember my mother even commenting that she never saw me study and how could I get straight As doing no work. So she sent me to private school.

My first real job out of college (other than waitressing and summer jobs) was working for the Gubmint and there I became even more aware of how niggers got special treatment. I shared a secretary with two other people who was a veteran negress that'd been there 20 years. She was a drunk that guzzled vodka all day and sometimes would even pass out, tipped over toward the glass wall, at her desk. As part of our annual fitness reports one whole section was devoted to your treatment of niggers and minorities and because a 'black mark' there could get you fired, not one person dared say anything about this drunken nigger drawing the highest possible salary and doing almost NO work. She'd been to rehab on the gubmint nickel a few times too. As the most junior of her 3 bosses I was all full of righteous indignation about her drunkenness but I got a rude awakening from my supervisor who pulled me aside and said I could lose my job for diming her out.

JSN - Nigger quality control? There's no such thing as nigger quality control In fact, the "quality control" that we had was possibly the laziest group of niggers we had on the job, and that's saying a lot. I also think they're the prime reason the place was shut down, as they're the final step before the product is shipped out. QC, comprised of shenigs only, would simply go around and put their stickers on boxes of products without checking a single one. Then, of course, they'd go on break between and bitch about how hard day beez workin' and how tired day is.

One day, the quality control engineer came down from up North and examined all our inventory in the shipping department. He had to red-tag every single box because NONE of it was fit to be shipped out. Guess what? The niggers in shipping put it on the truck anyway Despite the QC engineer nearly begging for something to be done about the shitty nigger QC, of course, nothing was ever done because the Human Resources was a nigger, too.

Similar things happened when I tried to have some of my employees reprimanded by HR. The HR nigger was a mean, racist, nasty old shenigger that hated ever leaving her seat. Any time I dared enter her office with any kind of complaint, no matter how severe, I was usually brushed off because she was "busy n sheeit". If I finally bugged her enough, she was still unwilling to address any kind of concern. If I had complaints about an employee of mine (coming in late, staying entirely too long on breaks, a request for a drug test because I saw the fucking niggers snorting coke, etc), I was asked for "harr proof", and there was never any hard enough evidence for her to ever get off her big fat ass and do anything about it.

Fuck, I need a drink. I may add another installment later on if I have time, i.e., if I feel like it This is merely scratching the surface. I could write a book based on jaboonery on this job alone
