An infamous event at the University of Pennsylvania was the racially charged Water Buffalo Incident. In 1993, student Eden Jacobowitz was charged with violating Penn's racial harassment policy. He had shouted "Shut up you water buffalo" out his window to a crowd of mostly black Delta Sigma Theta sorority sisters creating a ruckus outside his dorm. Others had shouted at the crowd, including several who shouted racial epithets, but Jacobowitz would be the only one charged. Initially Jacobowitz had an advisor assigned to him, who urged him to accept the University's offer of a settlement. The settlement required him to admit to violating the racial harassment policy.

The sad part of all this, His first amendment right to freedom of speech and expression was trampled on and nobody tried to point that out during all the BS that followed this.

Funny part:
nigger bitches do look like water buffalo, they know it and that is why they got bent out of shape.

So he can be interupted by loud niggerbabble when he is trying to study, but when he demands they be quiet he gets in trouble.

It's funny; in Thai, "water buffalo" (pronounced: kwai) is also an insult, but is used to refer to someone who is dim-witted and herd-animal like.

One major chimp-out was when that niggress, dressed in her best t-shirt and strech pants, ran off the witness stand and screamed 'I HATE YOU JEFFERY DAMHNER!" Whose greatest crime, btw, was killing an asian human. The rest of his 'crimes' should have been pardoned off.
