Authorities say a 21-year-old woman severely burned her twin groidlings with hot water.
Shanobia Elaine Dilligard was arrested last night at Dyess Air Force Base and has been charged with animal cruelty.
The twins, a boon and a buck, suffered second- and third-degree burns on their legs and buttocks when they were placed in a scalding hot bath in March -- at 8 months old.
