A VILE SHE-BOON SOW was arrested and charged with two counts of felony child NIGGLECT after leaving her two young NIGGLETTES — a 3-month-old BUCK and a 14-month-old SOWl — alone in her apartment for approximately two hours.
Police responded to the apartment on Treeland Court in Denbigh after a report of NIGGLETTE being left alone.
The SOW MAMMY, Kimberly A. Howard, 19, returned to the apartment while the officers were at the apartment.

In April 1941, during a meeting of the General Board of the Navy — a body roughly comparable to the War Department General Staff — the Commandant of the Marine Corps, Major General Thomas Holcomb, declared that blacks had no place in the organization he headed.
