It is a fact that in a city, if you go to an area that has a high concentration of niggers, property values are significantly lower. Even an area fairly close to niggers, you would not be able to get full value if selling a house. If it was in a decent area, far away from niggers, it's a different story. There is no way this is not a fact.

Niggers lower the value of what your house is worth. Nobody wants to live around niggers for many other reasons, this is just one of them.

Who in the world would argue with this fact? I'm sorry that you need the numbers to back it up. I don't know where to find them, except for the correlation between section 8 and crime...

Niggers lower the value of what your house is worth. Nobody wants to live around niggers for many other reasons, this is just one of them.

Everyone knows this is true. The information is accessible, but the MSM will never compile it. Here's how you would show this relationship:

1) Go to census.gov. There you can find the nigger percentage in any city or zip code.
2) Go to realestate.yahoo.com and click on Neighborhood info. There you can find the median home price for any zip code.
3) Compile this information for a large number of randomly selected zip codes and enter the information into a spreadsheet.
4) Compute the correlation between the two variables. Use the CORREL function in Excel.

It's a lot of work but it would be worth having this statistic when niggerlovers claim that it's just wonderful to live in "diverse communities." I did this for violent crime vs. percent of niggers in a city, and came up with a whopping correlation of .70. That indicates that you can very reliably predict the violent crime rate in an area by knowing what percent of the area is nigger.

The most pro-nigger whites out there are the ones who live in all-white neighborhoods and cities. They only know niggers on Okra or some movie. Oh they may know one or two niggers at school or work but it ends there.

This is a tough one to prove since the fucking nigger lovers have created a situation where niggers are shipped in to live anywhere and everwhere there is valuable property. Most cities in the US have this problem. The city is where all the jobs are. Niggers in the area make it too dangerous to live there. So, people commute....millions and millions of people. The valuable resources located around the niggerhood hide the fact that no one wants to live near the niggers.

Ever wonder why the liberals in this country insist in worshipping at the alter of global warming, even though "environmental protectionism" has inflated fuel prices so high and the theory of global warming is junk science at best? Harry Reid recently let the cat out of the bag when he explained that the dems will NEVER allow increased energy production and will do everything in their power to force consumers to use less via ever increasing prices of gas.

Why? What is their motivation? I'll tell you. It's to force humans to give up commuting and live with the niggers. Ever go to an earth day concert? Witness all the garbage strewn everywhere. Or the private jets used at every opportunity by people like Al Gore (not to mention his energy sucking mansion and the toxic waste dump he owned). These people care NOTHING about the environment. What they care about is $10 a gallon gasoline so you can't afford to commute anymore. So you are forced to live in those ghettos with the niggers that they've conveniently housed 2 blocks from where you work.

One thing I would recommend to any one moving to a new unfamiliar area. Most police depts have maps that give crime stats broken down into zip codes or smaller units. High crime stats = ...well you can all do the math.
