Sagging pants was never meant to be fashionable. Prisoners wear their pants this low because belts are a popular way to commit suicide by hanging oneself, to hang others, or to use as a weapon in fights. Prisoners are also not allowed to have shoestrings for the same reasons. But there is an even more obvious reason why pants are sagging in prison. If the pants are below a man's bottom, it is to introduce to other men that he is homosexual. As Eazy E once said about women in skirts, "For easy access, baby."

Sagging or "down-low" pants did begin in prisons. If you go to a zoo, you will notice that other simians also have prominent butts, which they display, especially during mating. Simian-Americans are pack animals who mark their territory (now with graffiti ) and defend it violently. Always treat them as you would any other wild animal you might meet in the woods; get out of their way (cross the street) or be prepared to defend yourself.

this has to be one of the stupidest things I've ever seen. I did see something funny on "Cops" though, this nignog was being cuffed, and guess what, down went the pants! The arresting officers were trying very hard not to crack up, for the sake I think of the TV cameras, but they appeared amused, just the same.

Several years ago I saw a documentary on t.v. about life in a prison (forget which one) and this tall skinny nappy head nigger man in his 40's was being interviewed and he said with no shame "the best sex Ise eva hads was in prison". They are disgusting.

Humans will fuck everything that moves. ... Provided it doesn't have disease, is attractive, and has a personality that shows it's not a 'bad thing' to be around. Having respectable traits is a plus, too, since humans can judge on such vague and nebulous (to niggers) concepts as "reliability", "intelligence", "compassion" and "level-headedness".
Then, humans simply go down the list of what they find sexable, courting each target. Since humans are not niggers, humans will realise when a target isn't interested, and continue down the list until they either find an acceptable source of romance, or become disinterested.
