When I first heard about this, I was pretty pissed they let the shitpeople go. They claim they have no jurisdiction to hold these people and set them free to raid again.
These are animals without any sort of government, making them simple barbarians. They have no country and no morals (no brains either, haha). They shouldn't have any rights in the public arena and should be treated like a bacterium or a parasite -- simply eliminate them!
