I am not sure about the video. That looks like the same news footage from June 2008 in Cleveland's Gordon park area. ( a green space area in the middle of NIGGER town Cleveland) Last year NIGGER groups clashed over a "TURF WAR" that centered around a DUNKIN DONUTS OUTLET location near E92 and Euclid Ave.
