Arrest made in death of East High basketball star

Rochester Police say they have arrested the man who killed 22-year-old East High basketball star Christopher Rogers. It happened in March on Rosalind Street.
Police have charged 23-year-old Matthew Carson of Rochester with second-degree murder in connection with the death of Rogers. Carson was arrested in Cleveland, Ohio yesterday with the assistance of the U.S. Marshall’s Office.
Carson is expected to be arraigned tomorrow morning in city court.
