For the second time in three months, police are investigating whether a high school student urinated in a drink before someone took a sip. Police said Tuesday a 16-year-old boy at Hartford Union High School urinated in a drink and offered it to his basketball teammates in November. A 15-year-old boy took a sip and stopped when other boys laughed.
