Northwood police said a man is in custody after ramming his car three times into the police chief's four-wheel drive squad truck. Police Chief Keith Prosser said he was trying to make a traffic stop Tuesday afternoon when a 58-year-old man turned his car around and rammed the chief's patrol vehicle.
