U.S. Airways are accused of refusing to let two young black men into first class until they changed their clothes.
McCraig and Miles Warren are suing the airline for discrimination, claiming that when they tried to board the plane in Denver, they were told by an employee that they should change into more appropriate attire.
According to the federal discrimination lawsuit which was filed on Wednesday, the employee repeatedly told the brothers that their jeans, hooded sweatshirts and baseball caps violated an alleged first-class dress code.

Small point - Looks like these were two Apefirmative Akshun NIGGER "employees" -- presumably baggage handler-thieve sooper-visors-- using their "employee riding space-available" Gibs-me-dats & who didn't feel like Niggers should have to follow the free-ride rules that apply to every other employee (and have all ways applied for at least 50 years on all airlines)...

If I paid top dollar for a 1st Class ticket I'd be seriously pissed off to learn baggage handling niggers were riding for free in the same cabin area...

Niggers, employees or not, should be in the extreme rear of the plane or in the cargo hold. Better yet, on a different plane altogether.

Airline employees that fly non rev need to abide by the first class dress policy which means "business attire". They know the fucking rules. It was probably a Nigger gate agent that issued them the ticket and then the first class Flight Attendant tried to do his/her job and enforce the policy. I am sick of these Niggers who think that that rules apply to everyone else but themselves.
