I've seen these vids posted a number of times on this site. The best one I've seen so far is the space probe that was armed with "anti-time" missiles. Developed countries should have had a policy of non interference when it comes to interacting with third world countries. Now these "people" think they have the same scientific and technical skills to build a working spacecraft. Just lofty dreams and delusions of grandeur, that's just about it.

I agree we need a Prime Directive - hands off policy for these idiots. Observe from a secure location and film the monkeyshines but in no way get involved.
