Impossible to pick a single one.
Metal Gear Solid on PSX, when that came out it blew me away. Dead Space, the first one. Found the atmosphere special in this game, so fucking eerie.

Dragon Warrior 3 blew me away when it came out. Hours and hours of gameplay and just when you thought you were done, they dropped a whole new world on you!
