AUSTELL, Ga. — Police say an attack that left three men battered in Douglas County was racially motivated. John Willis appears before a judge on Thursday to face charges of aggravated assault and armed robbery, but detectives said the reason for the attack was not the money in the victims’ wallets. The men were walking down Wren Circle in Austell last month when they were attacked. “They instantly saw three white guys and started yelling,” the victim said. “They were yelling that this was their street, ‘This is our street, crackers. What do you have in your pockets, crackers? This is our street,’” the victim said. The victim said the group just kept on walking until they got to the end of the street and they were attacked.

LIBERAL MEDIA TYPE GETS ROBBED BY HER PET MONKEYS AND SHE'S NOW ANGRY!

ATLANTA — Police are investigating after a CNN anchor says she was robbed of her iPhone in midtown. Atlanta police said Carol Costello was talking on her cellphone while walking south in the 1100 block of Piedmont Avenue Thursday around 4:30 p.m. That's when two teens ran up to her from behind and snatched her iPhone while she was talking on it. He's described as a black male with dark skin, around 5 feet 8 inches tall. He is skinny with black, curly hair. The teen was wearing a light gray or light blue sweatshirt with thin dark blue stripes.

DUNWOODY, Ga. — Dunwoody police have arrested a man whom they said fled from officers at Perimeter Station Shopping Center near Perimeter Mall. News Chopper 2 flew over the roped-off Bassett Furniture parking lot around 4:45 p.m. Friday. There were at least three police cars in the area, one of which was rammed into a Dodge Intrepid. There appeared to be bullet holes in the car's window. Police said they were responding to a report of a car theft in progress when the suspect tried to get away. In the process, he struck four cars, including two police cars, and drove toward an officer, police said.

HENRY COUNTY, Ga. — The mother of a Henry County teenager who was brutally attacked on a subdivision street shared video of the assault with Channel 2 Action News. "You see him on the ground, all the blood, people stomping on his face. I thought they were trying to kill him," said Kim Walker.

SPOOK "FITNESS TRAINER" USES POSITION TO STEAL CLIENTS' ID'S

NORCROSS, Ga. — Police said a fitness trainer used new technology to steal credit card information from unsuspecting gym members. Channel 2's Kerry Kavanaugh spoke with the trainer who said it's a misunderstanding. "I'm 100 percent innocent," said Damon Hartley. But Gwinnett County police said Hartley had unlimited access to member's credit card information on file at Gold's Gym in Norcross. Police believe he abused his access and stole the information of at least six members. "They discovered that an employee had conducted several unauthorized credit card transactions using customers credit cards stored on file," said Detective James Flanagan with the Gwinnett County Police Department.

MORE "NO DESCRIPTION" PERPS DOING CARJACKINGS AROUND ATLANTA

ATLANTA — Police are sending out a warning after someone bumped a couple's car and carjacked them at gunpoint when they got out of their car to check the damage. Channel 2's Amy Napier Viteri has learned there have been at least three carjackings in the Buckhead area since Friday. The most recent one happened at the intersection of West Wesley and Howell Mill roads, a few feet away from Morris Brandon Elementary School.

Attorney General Holder: Whites Not Protected by Hate Crime Laws
On the night of June 1, 2008, a mob of nearly two dozen black teenagers stormed through the streets of Mount Clemens, Michigan, robbing and beating any white person who crossed their path (see article here).

One white man was talking on a payphone outside a gas station when he was accosted by the mob. He tried to run into the gas station to safety, but the attendant had already locked the door when he saw the mob approaching. As the man desperately pounded on the locked door, he was surrounded by the mob and savagely beaten. Workers would later have to wash the victim's blood from the front of the door.

In an even more violent incident, a car driven by Andy Kaufmann, a 29-year-old white father of three, was surrounded and a brick was thrown through the window. Andy was beaten unconscious and left with a fractured skull. He sustained permanent brain damage and will never be the same. Andy's wife Angelina, who was sitting in the passenger seat on the night of the attack and who watched helplessly as her husband was nearly killed, laments, “I miss the Andy I used to know."

In light of the brutality of the crimes committed that night, the sentences handed down were extremely lenient. The man who threw the brick at Kaufmann's car and instigated the attack, 17-year-old Deonte J. Williams, was sentenced to only 19 months in prison.

In a radio interview shortly after the attack, Macomb County Sheriff Mark Hackel was asked why hate crime charges were not sought, which would have resulted in stiffer penalties. Hackel responded that he didn't consider hate crime laws to be applicable since Kaufmann is white, and therefore not a member of a "protected class." Hackel said, "I don’t know if it [hate-crime legislation] applies to an unprotected class, and I don’t know if whites are part of that. I’m not sure.”

In hearings before the Senate Judiciary Committee yesterday, Attorney General Eric Holder settled Hackel's question of whether hate crime laws protect whites: they don't.

Holder repeatedly claimed that hate crime laws are designed to protect only groups that were targeted for violence on a "historic basis," such as African-Americans, Hispanics, Jews, and gays. (Holder's testimony can be viewed in its entirety by clicking the 'webcast' link here. He lists the groups he considers to be protected between 73:30 and 74 minutes).

Holder's repeated charge that blacks were "historically" targeted for violence betrays the fact that in modern times they rarely are. In fact, according to the Justice Department's own statistics, in only 10% of the 650,000 violent interracial crimes that occur each year in this country are white offenders attacking black victims.

In 90% of interracial violent crimes, whites are being attacked by blacks. Attacks on white individuals and couples by mobs of black youths are all too common in this country. On this blog, I've recently written about recurring black-on-white mob attacks taking place in Philadelphia and Baltimore.

If any racial group is being targeted for violence in this country, it's whites, by blacks. If any group is deserving of special protection from racially motivated violence, it's whites.

Georgia has its own state-level hate crime law. So, if the feds won't do shit, the state can. And there are a lot of angry, white criminal prosecutors in Cobb County who do not put up with niggershines.
