It's not that big of a deal, but in case you're interested: go to the web address in your browser, left click to highlight and drag your cursor over it to select the web address, then right click to "copy". Now you have that address saved on your clipboard.
In the Chimpout reply section, just right click "paste" and it will throw the text on your clipboard in there. Then, select the address you just pasted in there (like you did before on the actual article's webpage) to highlight it. Now look up above your reply area for all those little icons. When you hover your cursor over an icon, it briefly displays what its function is. Find the one that denotes "place URL around selected text" and click it. It will then turn the highlighted text you selected in you reply into a hyperlink. Done!
