The defense appears to be hoping that if the jury doesn’t care about Nichols, maybe they would care about the daughter who visited Nichols in jail last week and promised to stand by.
“That she would have to live through, you know, potentially the execution of her father. It’s just something that this young lady…how much does she have to suffer,” asked Dingle.
I can't wrap my head around that one...hasn't been in this so called daughters life for 16 years and now she's going to be scarred if he gets put to death? LMAO that's the true nigger rational right there.
