Though it doesn't focus on niggers per say, much of the science shows and suggests that;
1. There are differences between races
2. Niggs are generally less intelligent
3. The government tries to suppress such research

It's all bullshit, lots of countries deal with poverty but still churn out highly intelligent students, (excluding cases where the poverty is so bad that they don't even get to eat everyday and can barely function, which is definitely not the case with niggers, our taxes make sure they stay fed and fat). I was watching an episode of Lockup where they go overseas, I think it was to a Serbian prison. The prisoners were so well behaved, that when the warden was asked when the last time a prisoner attacked a guard was, he couldn't remember any such occurrence in his time as warden. Some of the prisoners were even allowed to go home on weekends! and guess what, they all came back when they were supposed to, besides for I believe one time when they said someone didn't return. Imagine trying that in a U.S. prison And Serbia is plagued with poverty. So the argument that blacks are what they are because of environment, poverty, and oppression is nothing but smoke and mirrors to guilt people into feeling sorry for niggers and brainwashing the masses into believing niggers would be our equals if we just keep throwing more gibs at them (as if they're not already getting enough of it)

This country is close, but hasn't yet tipped the balance in favor of quality of life in a prison versus outside:

In Serbia, new, government prisons are generally nicer than the bombed-out husks that survive for buildings in a country that had more bombs dropped on it in one night than the entire Vietnam war. They eat better than the scurvy-ridden inhabitants of the region. The prisons actually make money off of them. Serbia is also one of the most corrupt and violent post-Yugoslavian nations around. A lot of prisoners get preferential treatment.

Prisoner population is on the rise in the US, due to legislation and the fact they are being run like corporations, but also, like a Ponzi scheme, they are built to lose money for the investors. It costs upwards of $28,000 per year to house prisoners, and the Federal government contributes a fraction of those costs. More than half of the US population has been incarcerated at least once, therefore crime is on the rise due to a destigmatization of the correctional system. Some places give preferential hiring to convicted felons. If the US ever abolishes solitary confinement, life sentences, and the death penalty, I wouldn't be surprised to see a similar situation to what you see in Serbia.

If you want to see open prisons with lower crime, legalize crime. Makes sense.
